FREDONIA MINING $FRED.V Liberty Gold has announced the sale of its Goldstrike project in Utah for $72 million. With the PEA published, the NPV with gold at $4,300 per ounce would be around $1.4 billion (capex $120 million). Fredonia Mining is close to filing its PEA. At spot prices, its NPV will not fall below $1.8 billion (capex less than $200 million). Fredonia Mining's market cap is just $20 million. Today I added more shares. The publication of the PEA will adjust its price to bring it closer to its real value. I expect a strong appreciation. (This is not a buy recommendation. There are unmentioned risks.)
