An energy firm told me people hold out to put their central heating on, then once on it stays on for the rest of the winter. On that logic people will have turned it on during the Dec cold snap, and then even though it got as warm as before that after, kept it on. Did you?

This is encouraging early data - hopefully confidence will build as we get more data.
Key point to remember tho - a smaller % of a much larger number of cases will still put increased pressure on NHS and economy.
So we must keep suppressing virus while we complete boosters

There has been some interest about the number of children in hospital with Covid. Ten 0-9yr old were in hospital with Covid as the table published on the link below shows (24th - 30th May)
Can see those under 50yrs make up the bulk of the figures.
