@ScottishPower Installed 30kwh of solar and can't use as you have failed to upgrade my meter for over 3 months and the install date keeps getting cancelled you are impossible to deal with please get better.

Thanks for your feedback. These changes have been made after we asked our Power Saver customers what else we could do to help them save and shift their energy use to off-peak times. The general feedback was that customers wanted more flexibility to save, and not just on weekends. That's why we're offering customers a wider range of times to enjoy cheaper electricity. Instead of 10 half-price hours at the weekend, customers can now choose 8 discounted slots throughout the week so they can shift and save at times that suit their lifestyle. -Cory

@ScottishPower Flexibility is less important than cost. I’d much rather have the 2 extra hours than the ability to chose. Some power suppliers give you more regular off peak tariffs. I reckon your decision to get people to choose times and then to reduce the amount of hours will save you money

@ScottishPower I’ve been getting 10 hours of half price Electricity each week but now you’ve changed your promotionand offered me the choice of 8 one hour slots. Am I missing something or am I now losing two hours of cheap electricity at the same time as you ramp up prices?

I have two identical TOU tariffs on two houses with smart meters fitted by the same guy on the same day.
Why on one are you happy to accept the data sent by the smart meter but the other you refuse and make me take meter readings

@ScottishPower my parents gas has gone. they cant put the emergency on. and you won't send anyone out until tomorrow. They are both diabetic and my mum has a heart condition. They are both OAPs and dad is 70!

@ScottishPower STILL waiting on an explanation as to why TTL's are required for this when the work is on a footpath . The only thing blocking the road is the unused barriers dumped on the carriageway by your employees who are never there.

@ScottishPower why do you have people knocking on doors to try and make me switch companies saying things like. Energy companies have moved people off fixed and onto variable payments. Not sure on the ethics of that tactic
