That’s @ScottishPower taken over a year to upgrade and replace our old meter after I’ve chased them every week for a year. Now they’ve switched off the RTS signal in our area so we’ve got no hot water for a month. Not sure how we’re meant to bath our 10 month old baby now 🙈

@ScottishPower makes no sense how your call centres are only open 9-5, what about people who need to speak to someone and they are working 9-5? Surely you should be open 8-6 for people who work a normal day hours
