If you ever get the chance to go to Normandy, take it. Don't just visit it-take your time and let it sink in, because it is one of the most humbling experiences I've ever had.
Standing there, looking out across those beaches, you can almost feel the weight of what happened there. It's hard to fully understand what those soldiers went through until you're standing in that place, realizing the courage it took just to run toward that shore.
The beauty of Normandy is quiet and powerful, but so is the sacrifice it represents. The rows of white crosses, the history in the ground, the silence in the air-it all reminds you that freedom came at a tremendous cost.
It's the kind of place that stays with you long after you leave. It makes you grateful, reflective, and a little more aware of how much was given for the life we live today.
Normandy is more than a battlefield. It is a lesson in sacrifice, bravery, and remembrance. 🙏🇺🇸🙏

Despite this shambles of the season, the excitement is palpable for this weekend's trip to Grimsby. No VAR, proper old school seaside town, cramped away end, Saturday sesh with the lads and actually a chance (small) of winning. Bring on the romance of the cup!! #wwfc

🚨 Newcastle United will prioritise the signing of a striker in the summer transfer window, with the club already looking to sell Germany 23-year-old Nick Woltemade following his club-record move in August.
Newcastle fans have begun to get frustrated with Woltemade as he finds himself in the middle of a run of 13 games without a goal.

My wife hasn't initiated or agreed to to sex in 4 months.
She keeps saying she's too tired from work and kids.
I am feeling like a roommate in my own house.
We are married for 6 years, we have two kids under 5. I work 7am-8pm, go through traffic + an overtime to cover the bills for rent and school fees.
I come home exhausted too, but I still try to connect with her.
I cook sometimes, help bathe the kids. But she'd say she's drained, and sex is last thing on her mind.
I have tried talking to her about it, she simply told me she understands my stress, but there has been no effort from her side.
She's not even open to scheduling.
My resentment is building up, I feel rejected, and tempted to look elsewhere but I'm not acting on it yet.
We've been for counseling, but She says there's no need, that it's just a phase.
What do I do please?

As the Ivorian’s departure moves closer, it raises the question, where did it all go wrong?
From a player who made it look easy last season, to a player who cost the team multiple goals at the start of the season, it was quite the drop off.
With the former Stade Reims man being reported to be pushing for the move, it’s a disappointing end to his time at Molineux.
It appears that Wolves are keen to cash in as well, but hopefully on the terms the club decides.
It’s also been alleged that some of the squad may not exactly see eye to eye with the centre back.
