Whilst you never want to see people losing their jobs, NCP has had this coming. Tiny parking spaces, poor condition buildings and charging extortionate prices...£12 for three hours parking in Wolverhampton!!!!

@awlcraig True, but always feel NCP rip you off. I wanted to pull back out, but the wife didn't want to walk in the rain.

@Dwarfio I agree but your ire might be better aimed towards those who own the land and who charge the owners rates and rent. The headline cost does not always tell the true story as you know.

@Dwarfio Have you set the tariff in the Ohme app? Are you scheduling a charge to finish at a specific time, rather than pressing "max charge"? My MG tops out at 7KW on the Ohme but if it's on a schedule it will just trickle around 3.4kw

The old man has just had a new electric #Skoda Enyaq and has had a @OhmeEV home charger fitted. Tried to charge if for first time and, despite being on max charge, it is only charging at 2kw. Any #motoring experts know what the issue could be? Should be 7kw+

@Dwarfio @OhmeEV Could be timing mate, peak times often reduce charging power for me, it then utilises full capacity off-peak.

@Dwarfio Hi Russ 👋 Can you pop us a DM with your charger ID? It might be load balancing where the charger adjusts the charge rate to ensure the total load does not exceed the capacity of the fuse (a good thing!), or it could be a setting in the car. Either way, we can sort it. ⚡
