2mm ACW project: WIP of Major General Porter’s Union Division. All the painting is finished for the miniatures, I just need to finish painting the bases and adding rocks and some foliage.

And done, the last Persians painted. I’ll get them varnished & based tomorrow and that’s the second unit finished. I think it’ll be a while before I return to Persians! Next couple of weeks will be 15mm stuff, next week Napoleonic Prussians and the week after Team Yankee Soviets

Bolt Action Burma: I’ve now finished the Ho-Ro Assault Gun. Again, I decided to give it the same camouflage scheme and foliage as the Chi-Ha. I was surprised how easy this one was to build, as it contained both plastic, resin and metal parts. A fun build and a good result! 👍

Bolt Action Burma: I finished the Chi-Ha medium tank this morning. In order to tie it in with the completed Japanese infantry, I’ve painted up some leaves and added them to the tank too. I’m really pleased with this one. @WarlordGames

Delivery from Warlord. The ‘Armies of Japan’ 3rd edition book, with a free Hiroo Onada miniature. He was the chap who didn’t surrender until 1974 as he didn’t know the war had ended!!! Also got a couple of Gamers Grass ferns to try out. Hopefully they’ll look good on the bases.

@iain2411 I too think about building a large moat around my house to distance myself from my neighbors.

This is surprisingly accurate. I think being an island nation has a lot to do with the similarities. We aren’t as influenced by our neighbours on the mainland either.

St. Botolph's Church, Boston. As one of the tallest medieval towers in the country, with a height of approximately 266 ft, and built between 1510-1520, it can be seen for miles around and on a clear day, it can be seen from as far as East Anglia, 40 miles away.

Five Leagues: I forgot to make a bannerman for the City of Haffelberg, so I prepared this one last night, including prepping the base, and managed to finish painting it this morning. I'll move on to The Huntsmen and their trusty hounds next. 👍
