مسعود پزشکیان در گفتوگوی تلفنی با شهباز شریف، نخستوزیر پاکستان، تاکید کرد جمهوری اسلامی تحت فشار، تهدید و محاصره وارد «مذاکره تحمیلی» نخواهد شد.
او گفت بدون توقف رفتار خصمانه آمریکا، بازسازی اعتماد ممکن نیست و مسیر گفتوگو با دشواری روبهرو خواهد بود.
پزشکیان افزود جمهوری اسلامی از هر روند منطقی و عادلانه برای حل مسائل استقبال میکند، اما توقف اقدامات خصمانه را شرط پیشرفت مذاکرات دانست.
