@HelloFresh …I won’t get into details but I asked who I can escalate the conduct of a CS supervisor to and was told “I can’t give you that”. I asked for the legal dept contact info and told ”I can’t give you that, thats for police”. wtf yall doing? I need to file w/ the FTC?

We are officially done with @HelloFresh because they use @FedEx which is trash! Today makes 2 weeks IN A ROW and 4 in the last 3 months where #fedex hasn’t delivered meals. They were due yesterday and a day late happens. But missed entirely… I AM OUT! I’ll find another option!

@HelloFresh My meal this week was AGAIN missing an ingredient, ridiculous.  The absolutely pitiful "refunds " don't come close to covering the time, trips to the grocery store or ingredient replacement cost.  Your company simply paid to provide ingredients, and this is a problem every week.

@HelloFresh 2 weeks now that fed ex has not delivered my box and called it operational issues. The box made it to my fed ex office so is someone there stealing food boxes? I have had no issues in the past. I’ll be cancelling my sub if the next one isn’t here and doing blue apron

@factormeals @hellofresh Had the worst customer experience ever with Factor. They charged me before I picked my meals, saw that the meals all had onions, I immediately canceled. They still charged me the entire rate and not the intro rate. Refuse to refund. Dispute filed.

How is @HelloFresh and @factormeals the same company? I had issues with both orders this week and reached out to customer service. Hello Fresh was very helpful, while Factor basically told me to go to hell. Canceled my subscription immediately!
