The impacts of contextual factors are through collaborator's continual sensemaking that creates a significant evolving context for collaboration to adapt. We use the case of Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macao Bridge collaboration to characterize such an influence.

我感受过最祥和的圣诞气氛是在香港，那些年圣诞夜，天气凉凉的又不算冷，到处都是唱圣歌的队伍，我住的屋苑能来三四波，粤语福音歌曲，有的队伍有把吉他有的就是清唱，唱完就走了，屋苑也会布置圣诞树，更不用说各个商场提前一个月就开始斗法搞圣诞装置了。在中国时，离开香港后，我再也没有感受过圣诞
