Have you ever used Public? It’s a pretty cool platform. I would at least recommend doing that before criticizing someone else. Also, I’m someone in marketing and this is what marketing is. Marketing can be cutthroat. I would also imagine they didn’t just pull this out of thin air. Companies with large marketing budgets will research what are the hottest topics and topics concerning customers the most. Then they will create campaigns that go after those customers with those pain points.

Robinhood never pulled childish marketing stunts to get people to leave Schwab or Fidelity. They executed with product. That’s why they are winning. Maybe something to think about for your marketing team. Maybe the better product is what wins & not ad-hom attacks on competitors.

@MidlClassMoney It’s starting to look more attractive but the concern for me is the debt. The company doesn’t have the best numbers when you look at it. One thing I find extremely fascinating is that the average income of a customer is $457,000.

$AXP is officially in a bear market in just the past three months. Not a stock that typically goes on sale. Do with that information what you will.

The main difference between institutional investors & retail investors is access to information. Allowing companies to report only twice a year is a massive upper hand to institutions and punishes the average retail investor who can't afford the same level of real-time data... I really hope this doesn't go through; unfortunately, I think it will. I sense there will be a strong bias towards companies that continue to report quarterly, even when they are not required to. (similar to companies that show off guidance)

BREAKING: The Securities and Exchange Commission is preparing a proposal to eliminate the quarterly earnings report requirement and instead give companies the option to share results twice a year, per WSJ

I am actually surprised that the era of real estate agents and 6% commissions didn't end years ago. What is keeping it alive?

@Howdyworlditsme @WallStreetMav I sold my own house, so I agree with you. Not everyone is capable, and some want help - that is all I am saying. An agent can be valuable, and buyers/sellers don't have to pay 6%; they can negotiate.

@jen7j7 @WallStreetMav I would rather give the contract to Claude. It can tell me if it’s solid or not and what I should do. The same thing I would ask a realtor but for $20 a month.

@WallStreetMav The expertise of legitimate real estate agents is valuable. Most people don’t have a clue what they’re doing when they’re buying or selling and what to look for

@KobeissiLetter My question would be this. How many people are really over a leveraged and have too much debt? Debt is at a record high on a personal level in the United States.

BREAKING: A record 6.0% of workers in Vanguard-managed 401(k) plans took hardship withdrawals in 2025. This is up from 4.6% in 2024 and has nearly QUADRUPLED since 2020. Hardship withdrawals have increased for 6 consecutive years, with last year's median withdrawal being ~$1,900. The most common reasons were avoiding foreclosure or eviction and covering medical costs. Financial pressure on US households is surging at an alarming pace.

I’m seriously wondering your guys opinions on this… I am coming to an end in my flight training within the next year or so. I will have to take out two more loans most likely Would you guys suggest paying down current debt or saving to take out less loan money? Currently, I’m doing both (saving and paying debt)
