Eminent architect & family friend Ritika Agarwal faced shockingly poor service, hygiene issues, delayed food, and unacceptable handling by staff—despite paying ~₹24K/night. The attached picture speaks for itself about the food quality served. Sadly, even my own experience at Hyatt Dehradun reflected similar decline. It appears Hyatt is no longer living up to its once world-class hospitality standards. Hyatt leadership must take note of what is happening at these so-called premium properties. @Hyatt @HyattRegency Hyatt Regency La Jolla is housing guests without hot water—and some without any running water—after a pipe failure. CA Health & Safety Code §17920.3 defines this as a substandard hotel condition. No advance notice or meaningful accommodation beyond “leave.”

@hyattregency you ruined my Valentine’s Day. This hotel is disgusting, over priced, lied about having a pool, room had stains and a vent that never stopped rattling all night and charged me 3 times the price I was quoted. Tear this place down.

@hyattregency We just had a nice stay at the Hyatt Regency Downtown Houston. Just as we were about to board our flight home, I realized I left my AirPods in the room! I called the hotel who quickly found them and 2 days later I got the them back via FedEx. Thank you so much!

@bookingcom Despite the card already being saved on my account, my family was denied check-in asking for my physical card. It was 3 AM my time & I couldn’t be reached. My family assured the hotel I’d provide details in my morning, but we were still turned away. After them rebooking elsewhere, did the hotel @HyattRegencyDe change its stance. Spoke to Customer service agent Syrah S who denies even the small compensation only unless booked through my account. How could my family have waited till my morning for me to book again? After 3–4 hours of a harrowing experience, only a small compensation was offered ONLY if booked thorugh the same account. I also spent 1.5 hours with customer service, and was told to follow up again after checkout. We’ve already wasted enough time on this. I expect fair compensation for the harrowing experience and the time lost. 8-year customer, extremely disappointed.

@bookingcom just had my booking cancelled 5weeks out from my trip which is a bday surprise. We are travelling with a toddler. I made this booking 9months ago. U tell me I get a free refund but this isn’t being refunded for 7-12 working days - this is not good enough!
