@AbiStevens_Art 20%. If you have your messaging tailored right that should be doable. If you're worried you can always drop that lower though as it's better so you over do leads rather than under :) That's good that you know why & can get help. If I can be of any help just shout :)

@ICCollabCreate I'm doing it to extend my knowledge, so not for anything new, just to be better at what I already do.

@AbiStevens_Art Leads = people who actually show interest. So to get 25 leads need to contact 100 people. Then also in that I need to revise my USP, research the trends etc. to get best conversion rate. It's all about numbers and quality - the combo creates the success. #collabhour

@ICCollabCreate Wines & Spirits Education Trust: they do qualifications in wines spirits and sake. I already have Level 2 in wines and want to take it further, then make a start on L2 spirits.
