As we discussed with @VitalikButerin on our Fireside, formal verification is a big positive outcome from AI that will more than counterbalance the effects of AI finding new bugs. I am strongly supportive of math AI tools like Aristotle from @HarmonicMath driving this forward.

the problem is at some point crypto people started selling the vision of crypto as a get rich quick tech because there was a cohort which came in and that is all they cared about and completely stopped talking about it as being credibly neutral and censorship-resistant money and infrastructure you are wrong if you think the natural market does not exist for the latter (it will only grow from here given the state of the world), but “selling” this requires education and consistent messaging we used to have that. we don’t anymore. now, we have memecoins on that, the entire crypto industry has catastrophically failed

Her name was Margaret Swan. She was 66 years old. She was a great-grandmother, sitting alone in train car 134 in Atlanta, headed home. A homeless Black man, John Matthews, walked up beside her, grabbed her by the head, pulled a knife from his front pocket and cut her throat. She screamed and tried to escape. He held her down, st*bbing her 18 more times. He threw her to the floor and stood over her as the train pulled into Oakland City Station. No one came to help her as she was screaming for help. No one even tried. Margaret was found in a pool of her own blood when the arrived, with people filming her. WE DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS.
