قانون الأحوال الشخصية لعام ١٩٥٩ ليس مثالياً بمقاييس عصرنا الحالي لكنه يُعتبر من أهم مكتسبات المرأة العراقية وأخر ما تبقى لها من عكاز تستند إليه لدفع قدر بسيط من امواج متلاطمة من الظلم والغبن. صاغته أيادٍ عراقية خالصة قلبها وهمها على البلد، على المواطنة، العدالة الإجتماعية، على حقوق المرأة والطفل وكذلك العائلة العراقية برمتها، وعلى رأسهم الرائدة نزيهة الدليمي، واليوم يحاول من ينتمي للعراق بالإسم فقط أن يمحوه بجرة قلم عائداً بالعراقيات الى نقطة في ماضٍ سحيق، لا بل انه يحاول أن يخلق واقعاً لم يتشكل بعد في أي حقبة زمنية: واقعاً يتمم مشروع مذهبة وتطييف الدولة والمجتمع العراقي، وأدلجة صغيراته قبل بالغاته والتعامل معهن على انهن سلع جنسية والدفع بهن الى الحضيض وسلبهن أبسط حقوقهن، بينما تستمر السلطات السياسية-الدينية ببناء امبراطوريتها القائمة على الهدم والتجهيل والفساد والسرقات والطغيان. بقلم الدكتورة @M_Balsam #حقوق_الطفل #قانون_الاحوال_الشخصية #حق_الام_بالحضانة_والوصاية #حقوق_المرأة_العراقية

They shone with hope and joy, each in their own way Gaza’s children as they were in life: photographic tributes found on the web This video shows, along with their name and age, some of the many children killed since Oct 7 in Gaza, drawing on pictorial tributes from their friends and family—the deeply felt public memorials depicting each child in the way that those who knew, loved and cared for them wanted them remembered. In these images the childrens’ individuality is unmistakable, and moving. But what makes these memorials necessary is one brute fact: Israel’s eradication of their life and all that went with it—their entire world—in what it calls its war on Hamas. A destruction of life, and a whole way of life, that continues. The video was made possible by a compilation of links to photographic tributes to Gazans of all ages, released by @iraqbodycount as an open-access spreadsheet at bit.ly/ibc4gaza. You will find there organised information about the age, gender, trade or occupation of 1198 victims, where they died, and who else in their family was killed alongside them. The links will take you directly to each tribute, many of them expressions of the love they gave and received. The linked spreadsheet allows many other uses beyond our video. As a result, four committees were established, and members were assigned to them according to their areas of expertise: 1.Labor Committee. 2.Civil Society and Legal Committee. 3.Women and Youth Committee. 4.Environment and Health Committee.

The secretariat was granted permission to draft a strategic plan and present it to the members for approval.

عربي - English في 7 نوفمبر 2023 اجتمع منسق المنتدى الاجتماع الكردستاني في مدينة سليمانية مع منظمات ونشطاء مدنيين مهتمين بالعمل المدني في إقليم كردستان. حضر إلاجتماع 25 شخصًا من مناطق مختلفة، بما في ذلك دهوك، أربيل، كركوك، كلار، خانقين، وجمجمال سوليمانية.

Following that, an intensive discussion took place regarding the future activities of the forum, and a plan was devised to ensure its continuity. three individuals were appointed to fulfill the role of the forum's secretariat.

Their meeting was attended by 25 individuals from various areas, including Duhok, Erbil, Kirkuk, Kalar, Khanaqin, and Chamchamal in Sulaymaniyah. At the beginning of the meeting, the coordinator discussed the partners, the forum's history, and the challenges they face.
