I’ve seen quite a lot of breathless comments about ‘spies’ … ‘trying to break in’ … yet you read the latest bbc report and it talks of 2 people going up to the gate and asking if they can come in.
Probs not what I’d do if I was ‘spying’, tbh, but anyway.

@UKGovScotland @kirstyjmcneill @Ryanair Well, not exactly…. it’s made possible primarily by the Scottish Government buying Prestwick about 10 years ago when it faced closure, and turning it into a viable, profitable business (despite ongoing sniping from the Lab\Tories about it).

UK Government Minister @kirstyjmcneill was at Prestwick as @Ryanair announced a £40m investment made possible by the UK Gov’s Ayrshire Growth Deal.
This expansion is securing 1,200 highly skilled jobs by building Ryanair’s largest heavy maintenance hangar in Europe.

An incredible night for Dundee Utd as they won 2-1 at Barcelona.
The home team had Gary Lineker and Mark Hughes in their side but they failed to overturn their 0-1 deficit that they had going into this QF 2nd leg.

@STVNews Edinburgh surely has several regional accents… I always think Paul Hegarty has a very distinctively Edinburgh accent, but also eg Morningside, Miss Jean Brodie, the Edinburgh rugby fan/ private school accent and so on.

Personally I’m not a fan of anyone proselytising in public, of any religion. But if eg Jehovah’s witnesses can do it, everyone has the same right. I don’t think speakers should be allowed though.

I think it’s partly having a young team, often lacking in seasoned pros who know how to close out games.
But it also has to be a mentality thing more generally.

Think I'm correct in saying Dundee Utd have now lost a nett 8 points this season due to goals after the 90 minute mark?
They would be just 1 point behind Falkirk had their games finished bang on 90 mins.
