@IrishTimesHelp I'm trying to update my expired card details for payment of my online subscription, followed the links but can't get past this page, which doesn't include a payment details option. 😧 Tried to phone and the call dropped. 😫

Hey @IrishTimes why is my subscription not activated on the app despite paying for it for some months now but can log in on instagram posts. Have tried numerous times to sort this but your customer support is non existent.

@IrishTimesHelp seriously crap service to a woman who’s been buying the paper for over seventy years.

@IrishTimesHelp Bit rubbish that my ninety year old mother did not receive her newspaper again on Saturday. I’ve had one response saying it looks like it was delivered, no further replies. It wasn’t and it’s not easy for her to go out and buy it herself. Pretty shoddy service.
