Water is a basic necessity for every family and business in South Texas and the Coastal Bend. I spoke with Governor Greg Abbott today about the urgent water crisis impacting Corpus Christi and the surrounding area. The reality is our region has already fallen behind on water infrastructure, and we are now in a catch-up phase. With major industrial growth coming to our backyard, we must ensure the water supply is there to support our communities, jobs, and future growth. I am currently working with stakeholders at the federal, state, and local level to meet this challenge head on.

I don’t think soon enough. Maybe with a stroke of luck on summer rains expedite payments, it’ll work out. The last 5 years don’t give me much hope but I want to be an optimist

I think the article is stale, because they’re still talking about the MSG debt scare and old sphere shows from long ago. MSG has sort of gotten its crap together and the sphere has finally reached real profitability. They are now planning to expand and build another near DC. @grok correct me if I’m wrong about anything here, but I think they are on a strong operational footing now.
