@GWRHelp It just seems illogical especially when there were 3 others delayed and then this one was terminated early. If you let people get on the earlier delayed ones then you would have fewer refunds to make for people. Financially for GWR it makes no sense.

@JenLouDevon So advance singles are only valid on the trains they are purchased for, even if the service delayed. They only become flexible when the service your ticket is for is cancelled. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this caused you today - Kyle

@GWRHelp Exeter St David's to London Paddington. I don't understand why I couldn't get an earlier delayed train and now the train I was due to get isn't even going to London. I could have got the 0639 or the 0652 or 0744 they all came through platform 5.
