After an unpleasant experience with rude service today, I have to say that after getting in touch to let them know, @McDonaldsUK have brilliant customer service. Prompt, polite and responsive. Absolutely fantastic 👏🏻

@McDonaldsUK I'm utterly appalled that the staff at your Coventry Alvis Retail Park have refused to heat my baby's food or even provide me with a way so that I can do it myself. It's not right that a vulnerable baby will go hungry in one of your stores. That's father's day ruined

Pls share to stop confusion. THERE IS NO £2,500 CAP ON ENERGY BILLS. Instead the new 1 Oct guarantee, like the old caps, limits - Daily charge (28p gas, 46p elec) - & Unit rates (10p/kWh gas, 34p/kWh elec) So use more, pay more. £2,500 is just what someone with avg use'd pay
