Who takes home the forecast gold? Team France, the European, wants 3" while Team USA, the American, wants 18" Models still disagree, so a middle ground forecast of 6-12" for the Philly area makes the most sense. Plan for more snow down the shore.

Per the 12z HRRR, our blizzard is going to come very close to Rapid Intensification criteria (if this was a tropical storm) 1007MB —> 972MB in 24 hours. Just wow. Will be a huge win for the GFS.
