@McGovernUphols1 The only way to do that is just nowcast and follow the radar. Now my friend who is really smart and a storm chaser called it the day before and said it's going to be tough to get the storms to get up to the upper level. I'll be talking to him more to learn why he doubted models.

@DrewForecast Maybe a good idea to not use the models as much and what you have learned in school, keep up with similarities in past years Under same circumstances in March. Just saying.

The tornado threat is over. The radar filled in with rain taking instability that would have caused severe weather. There will still be a line of storms a few hours from now with gusty winds and heavy rain. That marks a big drop in temperatures. It feels like January tomorrow

@McGovernUphols1 I have the same question, so me and Kathy Orr are going down to where they run the American future radar and ask that question? We're meeting with the scientists who run the models. We'll have his reports in April.

@DrewForecast So many times this winter the forecast has been doom,doom,doom. I know you're job is hard but why have the models been so wrong? We canceled eye surgery yesterday based on the forecast. School was canceled in some areas. People canceled plans to go out to restaurants

Running into wind gust damage across Wilmington. Downed trees, downed tree limbs, and what looked like a downed power pole. Here's a look at the damage from that strong kind of storms:

For a chilly afternoon in the 50s, there sure are a lot of people out in Phillllly. You'd think it's in the 70s! We do get up to 70 Monday but we also get strong storms with a strong cold front that drops us to 40 on Tuesday. Here we go again with another temperature swing...
