Per BTECH, the radio will track the satellite AND account for doppler shift based on your GPS location from the radio itself. I don't think it's full duplex but this is a pretty neat push in the sat radio space, if it works. baofengtech.com/using-the-sate…

Did you know that the Live Starlink Satellite and Coverage Map identifies re-entry zones, forecasts, and recent history? For example, this one here on the right is supposed to happen in about three hours (18:22 UTC) over MS and TN. Would be neat to see one of these at night time. satellitemap.space

@supercazzola It works great! I often will set it up just outside the drivers door so I can adjust it from inside the car while operating.

@KC9BKA Is the Alex loop working well that close to the metal of the vehicle ? I need to bring mine out. Really nice for when you’re on frequency and don’t move too often

@Trout247247 I have amazing luck with this AlexLoop, working DX with 5 watts. My wire antennas are obviously quite a bit better but this one surprises me all the time.

@KC9BKA I’ve come to the conclusion I don’t have a sensitive enough receiver to use a mag loop antenna:(
