This is alarming, disgusting and embarrassing. The CP has ordered an investigation into the incident. The command condemns this in totality, no custom or tradition is superior to the rights of citizens. The Commissioner of Police Delta State CP Aina Adesola urges Deltans to remain calm while assuring that those responsible for this barbaric act will be arrested and brought to justice. We have a problem in our communities, both at home and abroad.
When it comes to rape and sexual harassment, we cannot keep deceiving ourselves anymore.
Too often, we stay silent. Too often, we excuse, deflect, or protect the wrong people. That silence only allows harm to continue.
We need to raise better boys, support victims without judgment, and have honest conversations about consent, respect, and boundaries.

In my village, there's a day set aside to rape women. Yes RAPE ALL WOMEN YOU SEE OUTSIDE.
I witnessed this first-hand when my pastor's daughter a girl who was barely 13, was gang raped and these barbaric villagers made a case for the rapists including the Nigerian police.
