Roughly before 9:50am a person was found deceased behind the Mc Donald’s on Ramsey in the city of Banning. A wheelchair was present with the deceased person and Banning PD was awaiting coroners .

TRAFFIC COLLISION WITH EXTRICATION - rpt @ 7:20PM on Interstate 10 westbound, east of Highland Springs Ave. onramp in the @CityofBanning. The first-arriving engine company, Engine 20, reported a single vehicle collision into a tree with moderate damage. Firefighters confirmed the need for extrication, with one patient trapped inside. One patient was successfully extricated and transported via ground ambulance to a local hospital with moderate injuries. #HighlandIC
