@LloydsBank Funnily enough, I don't have time to wait on hold on a Friday afternoon; now you know there's an issue at Lloyds end perhaps you can escalate?

@LloydsBank Whilst waiting on hold on the phone I've managed to set up a new payee via the app - now need to wait an hour to pay them - but it feels like progress!

@LibPrice Are you able to try using a different browser to check if you can access the 'message us 24/7' option? ^Claire

@LloydsBank I don’t get the ‘Message us 24/7’ option. Am currently on hold, but apparently you’re experiencing unusually high call volumes!!

@LibPrice If you can contact us via the app or desktop site, a colleague will check this for you. App - Tap 'Support' at bottom of app screen & then tap 'Message us 24/7' Desktop - Select 'Help & Support' tab in top right corner then 'Message us 24/7' Colin S

@LloydsBank Hi Colin. After it hadn't worked on the desktop site a couple of times I tried the app instead - and that's not working either. It's setting the payee up that's the issue, I haven't got as far as making the payment. All v frustrating!

@LloydsBankBiz I cannot login to Lloyds commercial banking. Any idea what the issues are and when they will be fixed? I have urgent CHAPS payments to send. This is getting more and more frequent.
