The suspect charged with the murder of his 3-month-old daughter in Fairfax County, Virginia had been in the country illegally🚨 28 year-old Misael Lopez Gomez of Guatemala is charged with Second Degree Murder and Felony Child Abuse after hospital staff found that his daughter had suffered blunt force trauma prior to her death. Lopez Gomez is being held without bond at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
