@DellUK @DellCares @DellCaresPRO Yes, I’ve done all of this. I still have no laptop. DELL told me on the 10/4/26 my delivery would now be delivered on the 9/4/26. Nonsensical . I have paid an employee for 3 days to do nothing as he has no laptop. A laptop I was assured would be with me on 7/4/26.

@DellUK @DellCares @DellCaresPRO Hi. I’ve finally managed to find a number at DELL that goes through to a human. All they can do is try and contact DHL Good luck with that. Promised delivery on 7th. Still no sign of the machine. No idea where it is. I have a new employee who I’m paying, but he can’t work.
