@DhandaPardeep23 3/ There is a process to be followed to claim refund not just for you but for everyone. You can claim yours by following that. Your ticket will not be closed till you get your refund.

@Metacoolcats The amount it would cost me in gas fees to send you the NFT negates the value of the 50% refund… just send the refund and invalidate the metadata so the NFT is no longer valuable and we can’t sell it.
