Damn that's a tough one. I gotta go with @CanadianAniGuy. Called into question his fanship for still referencing smash bros for his ZSS art and cried about how he's just as much of a fan as the longtime ones because his entry point was smash bros and he can 100% the games. Just recently got a ZSS figure that has been out for a decade and only draws real Metroid fan art when paid to do so. Otherwise he's just another generic interaction baiting waifu artist who focuses on Samus more, Metroid less.

Something common in gaming spaces that I've seen often is how people will confuse liking a specific entry to being a fan of the entire series. For example, I really like the first Luigi's mansion, but that's as far as it goes because I'm not a follower of the Luigi's mansion series. I believe that's the reason why u now see so many 'multifandom' in bios. They attribute liking something to being a long time fan with passion when half of the interests they list, they barely spend time talking about.
