Just wanted to put this here. I realized around a month ago that merging both my twitch and YouTube categories was a bit of a mistake. While the YouTube is still minecraft, we have reconnected with team HBC, rebuilt the old squads, and the edgy adult shooter games and general chaos is back on twitch. I really hope to see you all there. Also, we've switched to obs to reduce lag, so many channel point redeems are currently broken for the time being but will be fixed soon. 💚💙💚

So....... I've been debating just straight up starting afresh, new channel and all that, just being me. Y'know, a vlog channel where I can just up and do things around town, stupid things, cool things, that sort of stuff. Reason is..... always trying to keep up with games and editing gets tiring fast, and I quite honestly want to enjoy content creation again (believe me, I still love my community, but things aren't what they used to be)

Many "faceless" channels like mine do show our real face from time to time, just not in our main content. One of the biggest beauties of a faceless channel is you can get home from a long day, or roll out of bed with a cold looking like ass, and not worry about how you look in that recording.

@MarioJoos 'faceless channels' should be banned. It is 2026 if you don't wanna show your face online, well don't post.

The guide can be summed up simply: Stop taking other people's work and repackaging it as your own. The real problem isn't "inauthentic content." The problem is that a lot of people think it's acceptable to take other people's work, repackage it into compilations or shorts, and then call it a "faceless channel." And then they complain when they get into trouble. Faceless channels are supposed to be for creators who don't want their identity linked to their content or for those who create content that should be identity independent, not for people who just want to have a free ride.

@onesassytina But yeah, as for effortless, i cut ties as well. Eventually the drama just got too out of hand and it felt like she was looking for negativity intentionally in order to engagement farm

@MonkeySeaDew U dont need to start over u can just rebrand its what i did i had a fallen out with the effortless leader so i rebranded to move away from that community all together i am not apart of that community in anyway shape or forum

It's so tiring balancing life nowadays........ like..... it feels as though we're all trapped in an endless cycle of repetition. I just want to be able to explore the world, be myself, do stupid things, cool things, etc, but everything is just fucked nowadays. The economy has gone to hell, ai is rampant making creatives like myself despair even though we are fighting back successfully, and more. I just wish things could go back to 2018.
