🚨 Internet nightmare w/ @NETGEAR 2 weeks no internet on my $1,500 @NETGEAR Orbi 960 (with Pro Support). Support told me: “Pay extra for security or your system will degrade.” When I called that a scam, they said “If you can’t afford it, buy something else”—then hung up.

Anyone else have a problem with @Netgear products? I Bought a compatible satellite for my ORBI. When it failed to connect. I called tech support, and they would only help for an additional $100

@NETGEAR @Bitdefender Thank you. My case number is 49187820, although I was finally able to get the RMA details - after having to make several calls - and I will be sending the defective satellite back tomorrow 8/27. I’ve been without half my system for 2 weeks however.

Had to replace a cord and A/C adapter for @NETGEAR product. Order placed 7/29/25 and... order listed as "pending", no shipping info. no tracking number. nothing. Spoke with cust. srvc. each day and nothing. @NETGEAR is run horribly.
