I built CourtWatch.us — a free public database for American citizens who deserve safer communities. You can track which judges released defendants who then got rearrested, skipped court, or violated their release conditions. All public records. All free. I started with Orange County FL and will be expanding to all 67 Florida counties and eventually every state in the country. This first batch of info is from 2024 and since public reports are released in March/April for the previous year, data is behind. But I wanted to see if this is plausible. After adding 2024,I'll add 2025 and then figure out how to get real-time-data uploaded. @bob415sf @LibertyCappy Tyson was decades more knowledge gained from watching videos. Maybe if Ali had the same information while training, but Tyson was methodically trained with videos going back to the beginning of boxing videos. Look it up. He would have known every single move Ali would have done.

@NOTFallingFor1t @LibertyCappy Norris had a black belt in jui jitsu combined with being on karate Mt Rushmore and legit high level kickboxer. I think he could take any of these guys to the ground and submit them. It would be like John Jones fighting usyk in a street fight.

It works better with a functional trainer. I pull weights like that using cables and when I hit the bags in a gym the guys who have been training years and are bigger than me stop and watch. You practice technique with the weight and shifting your body weight and feet into the hits properly.
