I had a great time at #CaffeNero in #Wilmslow this Christmas Eve simply helping people with anything tech/phone related including this lovely couple who needed some help accessing their data across their devices #midcommunity #O2Guru #WhyO2

This morning's #MIDtraining was focusing on tablets and what makes them so great! Everyone was assigned a tablet and they each found 3 great features and educated each other so we're bonafide experts!

Last weeks #MIDtraining was an entertaining game of #GoogleTrends where the guys had to pair a word with various terms and there score is the relative search score, our newest member James managed to take the win which is impressive for a newbie!

Today's #MIDtraining was on 'Finding the Need' focusing on our higher end tablets so we've shared our experience with out tablets, discussed their possibilities so our customers can find out exactly why quality tablets are worth it and how they can really benefit them!

#MIDtraining today was testing the teams knowledge against the Guru! (or Gewwuw) our newest Sales Advisor Leah really showed some of us up! Though the Guru is yet to be dethroned, better luck next time guys!

Had a good lunchtime session today at @CafeNero in #Wilmslow advising people on the health of their phone and answering questions and checking if people are on the most efficient tariffs If you'd like to enjoy a coffee and have your phone/contract serviced I'll be back next month

This mornings #MIDtraining saw us getting creative designing posters for various tablets we sell to use in our stock room, and to freshen up our knowledge on these great devices Stand by for finished products!

I am seriously impressed by the #Samsung #A90 #5G it has to be one of my favourite devices out at the moment and we have one for you to try out here at the #O2 #Wilmslow store

This mornings #MIDtraining was my first session with the new team so I set expectations and did a general knowledge quiz to get an idea of the store knowledge
