Here's an 89mph fastball from Cam Schlittler from his Single-A debut in 2023. Look at those mechanics. He averaged less than 90mph on his fastball in this game What Sam Briend and the Yankees organization have done to improve Schlittler from what he was here is completely insane

Many critics speak about blue-collar work on screen as if they can't imagine someone living a full life while doing said work, and demand hollow platitudes about the rigor and grind of said work. It often reads like they've never done any of it themselves.

@anotherfilmfan Adore Wes’ last decade of films, but GOD I wish he’d go back to using soundtracks for his films instead of original scores. He had such a knack for this that would’ve worked so well in a couple of his later pieces.
