My wife phoned the council last week and spoke to an Indian import that she couldn't understand. She passed her over to a local woman that helped her. Indian is getting paid but is unable to do her job and increasing the work load for a local woman. I just phoned another government office and spoke to a Ukrainian that I could barely understand. I ended the call because I honestly couldn't understand a word she was saying. Too many ooyskie poyskie's. @niassembly Please stop importing and hiring foreigners. We can't understand them and they can't help us. It's a waste of resources and increases the workload for natives.
