@nyaraVT If gender & sex are different. Why does a biological man that identifies as a woman (gender) feel entitled to have the same rights as a biological female (sex). Unless you're saying that identifying as a woman makes them a female. In which case gender & sex aren't different.

let's go over "what rights do you not have" "what rights are being taken" life - government trying to kill trans people via forcefully detransition, being put on lists and tracked and being forced to be outed against their safety. liberty - the freedom to live as ourselves is a liberty freedom from torture/slavery - theyre making laws like bathroom bans to throw trans people in prison(slavery) and theyre forcing prison inmates to detransition (torture) equality before the law - trans people are treated like second class citizens or vermin the fact that alot of places have "trans panic defense" which gives you the legal right to essentially murder a trans person with no threat of charges if you are "scared" freedom of expression - drag bans and other expression bans have been enacted in various places as "obscene" access to work, education & healthcare - trans people have some of the highest discrimination rates, more than the majority of other minority groups but its compounded if the person shares other minority groups. Black trans women have the largest margin of discrimination. the question "what rights do you not have" is bad faith to begin with but feel free to link to this if someone asks it. for those who praise freedom they sure love punching down on transgender and the LGBTQIA+

@PearAggressive @nyaraVT Feeling like you're a different gender is called gender dysphoria. Castrating yourself and modifying your body isn't a treatment, this isn't the dark ages. It's a serious mental illness that needs real actual research to help people. First step is defining it correctly.
