𝐓𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐜: Land Ownership, Title Searches and the Red Flags Every Ugandan Abroad Must Know
Land remains one of Uganda’s most valuable resources, yet it continues to be a major source of disputes, particularly for Ugandans living abroad. Many members of the diaspora have faced challenges in securing, managing, and protecting their land and property interests back home.
To address these concerns, the State House Diaspora Unit will host Episode Three of the Uganda Global Diaspora Engagement Webinar Series under the theme “𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲”.
This important engagement will focus on:
•Land ownership and registration;
•Title searches and verification processes;
•Common land fraud schemes;
•Key red flags every Ugandan abroad should know before purchasing or managing property in Uganda.
