News: Jack Nicklaus has completed the acquisition of the businesses of Nicklaus Companies.
Deal is w/ his investment group 20 Majors, LLC, TWG Global & Nicklaus Brown.
Nicklaus last year won a $50M defamation lawsuit against the Nicklaus Companies under their former owner.
