This image says everything about a farmer’s pain. Kherajram, a resident of Doongaron Ka Tala in Barmer district, had sown Isabgol on his 40–50 bigha land for the first time. He took a loan of ₹8–10 lakh, invested everything into the crop, and after months of hard work, everything was finally on track. Harvest was supposed to begin this morning. But last night, a severe storm and heavy rain destroyed it all. From an expected yield of 100 sacks, even saving one sack now seems impossible. Watching his hard work turn to dust, Kherajram broke down in tears. This is not just crop loss this is shattered hope, debt, and a farmer’s broken spirit.
