@ReddyIce I work for a FED Agency & your Emergency Management Services is ass. I’ve been on two Forest Fires this yr trying to reach you guys to setup Ice Delivery services for us while fighting fires. Your responsiveness is non-existent & you guys can’t even simply return calls

@ReddyIce Purchased at Walmart in Montgomery, Texas on July, 20, 2025. Will you respond further, or should I keep weighing bags?

So @WalmartInc @Walmart sells @Readyice in their Houston area stores for about $2.33 for 7 lbs, about $0.33 lb. I just bought 3 bags in Montgomery Tx and their weights were 5.8, 5.8, 6.8 lbs each.m. Multiply that by 1M bags! @KenPaxtonTX

@ReddyIce is once again leaving people out in the heat with NO ice in machines at @HEB locations. It’s Summer in Texas and it’s unacceptable, plus a violation of Federal laws.

@1StickBogart Hello, we completely understand. After we made the initial repair, we asked the location to monitor the merchandiser. The tech came back out today and the merchandiser should be up and running now!

It’s a real simple problem get over 9245 W. Union Hills Fry’s grocery store and put her icemaker in that store that works. This is the third time in the last 12 months that machine stopped working. There’s a lot of senior citizens in Sun City that depend on that icemaker when they need it we’re going into the hot season get somebody on it. In my old days, I would’ve posted a bucket load of negative review reviews about your company all over the Internet get it done

I think Reddy Ice does not care about their customers. They do not care about the stores and they do not care about the people that purchased their ice. This machine has been repaired three times in the last 12 months and now it’s broke down again and nobody wants to come out and fix it. This is one of the hottest states in the United States and this particular store is located in a retirement community, and these elderly folks cannot buy ice for their coolers or anything else because Reddy Ice will not get off their butts and go out there and replace or repair of the machineReddy Ice. I think you suck.

Here we go again @HEB & @ReddyIce heat is in central Texas and no ice at 3 locations. Do we have to go another round of filling complaining to gov entities?

You would think that after numerous complaints about poor customer service @ReddyIce would be able to fill orders and NOT run out of ice at @HEB. But no, they continue to violate federal laws and screw the consumers

I am the one that built that plant In Lake Havasu, in the 80s are they still Turbo Ice makers...

I drove all the way to the @kroger in Irving/Las Colinas to get @ReddyIce #iceblox for my old fashioneds this evening only for them not to have it and the freezer where it’s kept was unplugged.

@ReddyIce @HEB It is ok you ver 10 days from my first complaint to respond. That just proves your corporate mindset of screw the customer. We are on week 3 of no ice at Austin Riverside and Austin 7th st just to name a couple. @AttorneyGenUSA @USDA peoples live are affected
