Massive Obamacare fraud uncovered. In 2023, 1 in 3 subsidy recipients—$21B total—used Social Security numbers that didn’t match IRS records. Fake applicants in 2024–25? Most were approved. And yet, Congress wants to expand subsidies with no limits or safeguards.

Great speech from the Senate majority leader today. One item he discussed was the massive growth in ACA exchange enrollees who never use their health plan. Here is the figure that shows the number of enrollees who did not use the plan a single time, by year.

U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy says his department "will withhold nearly $75 million in federal funding" for Pennsylvania if the state fails to revoke commercial drivers licenses "illegally" issued to foreign drivers.

.@SenSanders is simply wrong when he asks, “Are you prepared … to sit back and allow over 20 million Americans to see a doubling of their health care premiums?” Calling all fact checkers! The TRUTH is that 22 of the 24 million Americans on Obamacare exchanges will continue receiving Obamacare subsidies as originally designed. The dollar amount of those subsidies will likely increase, not decrease, since they are tied to Obamacare’s skyrocketing premiums.   For people who paid nothing under the enhanced subsidy, asking them to pay a small amount is an infinite increase — but you can’t double zero. Fewer than 2 million Americans with incomes above 400% of the Federal Poverty Line will lose the temporary COVID relief subsidies that Democrats set to expire. I’m happy to work with Democrats to ensure that those people have affordable health care insurance options, but first they need to stop lying and admit that Obamacare is a miserable failure.
