Another week - another fridge full of ready meals made from rescued ingredients ready to go to clients at @NewForestBasics - thank to grant from @hantsconnect

Some of our clients @basicsbank have been able to enjoy this ready meal prepared for them when collecting their food parcels but it can easily and inexpensively be made at home with store cupboard staples in as little as 20 minutes. bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/spinac…

New Forest Basics Bank has been getting bigger and better to serve more people. As well as the main depot in Lymington there's now also a weekly "Larder" van delivering a huge range of both pre-packed and fresh food and an army of volunteers helping. lymington.com/new-forest-bas…
