A February poll of 600 Nevadans by @tarrancegroup on behalf of @RightCount Nevada found 80% believe states should run their own elections with only limited federal oversight. A slim majority (55%) supports shifting to an opt-in mail ballot system, and 51% want mail ballots received by #ElectionDay. Sixty-six percent also back requiring voter ID. More →

As a combat veteran and Wisconsinite who has dedicated my life to defending our Constitution, I support Judge David Conway's ruling to allow the Madison absentee ballot lawsuit to move forward. When valid votes go uncounted due to official errors, it undermines trust in our elections, no matter where it happens. This decision reinforces that every legal vote must be counted, while also ensuring accountability for failures that disenfranchise citizens. It's a vital step toward stronger election integrity for all Wisconsinites.
