As a lawyer, let me be blunt about the DOJ's $1.776B "Anti-Weaponization Fund": Sure, it might be "legal" the way a loan shark foreclosing on a single mother is legal. Technically defensible, deeply illegitimate, and standing on the shakiest possible ground. Congress appropriated $0. The Constitution: "No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law." (Art. I, §9) Acting AG Blanche is draining the Judgment Fund meant for real court losses through a sham "settlement" of a suit Trump filed against his own IRS. No genuine dispute, no adversity, no standing. The Supreme Court already said it in OPM v. Richmond: that appropriation "does not create an all-purpose fund." Senators from both parties are revolting. The purse belongs to Congress. This is a slush fund.

Secure the border? Absolutely. But torching the legal immigrants who waited, paid, and followed every rule isn't tough, it's the swamp punishing the wrong people. Reward the law-abiders. Drain the REAL swamp. Promises made should be promises kept, to the folks who did it right.

Real America First: keep the legal path for people here who QUALIFY, faster, cheaper, keeps families and workers in place. Hammer actual fraud at the visa stage, not honest folks. Fund the agency to clear the backlog. And if the law needs changing, CONGRESS changes it, not a memo.

Washington's pencil-pushers just dropped a rule forcing LEGAL immigrants, the ones who did it the RIGHT way, to leave America and start over from abroad. It doesn't stop one illegal crossing. It just grows the swamp and splits families. That's not America First. That's red tape.
