@espnVshow Great guy and great golfer. Had the opportunity to play with Coach a number of times at Midland Trail in the last decade. Still walks and still hits it dead straight!

My predecessor at Bellarmine. Took me to play golf a number of times at Wildwood. Very nice man, (good golfer) and couldn't have been kinder to me. We started the Joe Reibel Classic my last year and I was thrilled our team won it. The guys posing with him after, a treasured keepsake.

Nephew had a great season and I’m glad he got to experience playing in rupp. St X was just the better team today. No doubt he’ll be back on that stage again next season!

@KareemSSN Hard disagree. This is a numbers game anymore. The Cards have him valued at XXX. They should not take anything less than that. What’s the worst thing that happens? He plays great and they trade at deadline. Or he plays fine and they keep him. QO him in 2 years for the Draft pick.

If the Cardinals aren’t pleased with the offers they’re getting for Donovan now, there’s no guarantee those offers will be at the same level, let alone higher, at the deadline. Feels like a missed opportunity not to move him.
