@davidjusteat 100% agree strong leadership love difficult questions! The feedback was given to CEO, chair and head of rugby (not fully in place) by a group of recently retired players. CEO when on tour in Oz said she didn’t like what was said and thought 2 or 3 or the group were just difficult

@RugbyInReality Well assuming that’s true, as I honestly don’t know, then we need better quality and stronger leadership. The best people I worked with at Board level at Just Eat, asked me the difficult questions and saw things we didn’t and called it. In my experience that input is gold dust.

We need a group at the very top of Welsh rugby, who ‘get it’ and understand our game and what it means. Most importantly, that know how to rebuild it. Why not create a ‘brains trust’ at the top of the game, that advise, mentor and inform strategy. We have some great rugby people.

Our leader. Whilst @WelshRugbyUnion is left in a state of flux, with no head coach, a professional game a mess, she is proudly watching the Lions with 0 Welsh representation. Not all her fault those who came before have a lot to answer but surely her priority should be at home!
