This past year, at 33, was one of the hardest I can remember physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
On the outside, it looked great: tons of hard work, visible progress, achievements that “looked good.” But inside, I felt a deep deterioration in my mental health. I wore down more than I ever let on.Tomorrow my new year begins.
So tonight, I’ll mint my last piece of the year one that holds this entire message inside: acknowledging the pain, the lessons from my mistakes, forgiving myself, and opening up to love and everything new. It will be my sincere cleansing ritual to let go of what weighs me down and welcome what’s coming with open arms. A fresh start.
