Today I became the 3rd Strongest Woman in Britain, with zero training due to starting a new job, moving our gym, a flooded kitchen and coming down with a cold... Superhuman even if I do say so myself 💪💪

Isnt it disappointing that in 2024 when a feature about UKs Strongest Woman is due to go out in the media, I'm having to check my mental health due to the onslaught of the femininity Police that I know is coming
