@Sandcommando201 I'd agree there's probably very little risk in reality but it's about perception. Which shows you just how little these people actually believe in anything. They aren't willing to take even miniscule risk or make themselves a tiny bit uncomfortable.

@SnowMed34 There’s a lot of liability when it comes to breaks, so if some customer just wants to use budget pads and stick with gauged rotors instead of actually getting the brakes back to spec, you’re better off just giving them the quote and letting them leave

1) price gouging is bad
2) business are in the business to make money. If their costs go up……prices do as well.
