2. So add those 26 seats + the seats removed from the hereditary peers act. This would remove 100+ seats, from the house of lords, which gives the most advantage to Labour party / green party.

1. It's the Church of ENGLAND, not Britain.
2. The Green Party would simply remove its Government appointed members and 26 Lords stopping it being a part of Government.
